Húsavík Öl was founded in 2018 when Steini, the brewmaster, returned home after studying abroad. At that time the old dairy factory in Húsavík was no longer in use, making it the perfect location for a craft brewery.
Húsavík Öl is a microbrewery with a taplist that is ever-changing,
offering fresh brews all year round. Steini's goal has always been to
brew with the finest ingredients for those who appreciate a great beer.
