Public Parking

There are several locations in Húsavík that are more suitable than others for parking. By the elementary school and the upper secondary school there are large car parks that may be used free of charge during the summer. The same applies to the parking area above Húsavík Church. There is also a free public car park at Suðurfjara, south of the Ísfell store. In the harbor area, parking is subject to a fee from May 1st to September 30th each year.
